Fence & Gate Installation Technician (Construction Site)
Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Fence & Gate Installation Technician to work on residential and commercial construction sites or residential. This position focuses on hands-on installation work using construction tools and machinery to install fencing, railings, and gate systems.
The ideal candidate is a reliable, safety-focused professional with proven experience in fence and gate installation, capable of working efficiently on active job sites.
Scope of Work
Includes, but is not limited to:
- Installation of fences, gates, and railings
- Aluminum, iron, PVC, dura fence, and chain link systems
- Installation of manual and motorized gates
- Use of construction machinery and tools (post hole diggers, concrete mixers, cutting tools, drills, etc.)
- Basic maintenance and adjustments of installed gate systems

Responsibilities
- Install fences, gates, and railings according to project plans and specifications
- Operate construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently on job sites
- Ensure installations meet quality standards and safety requirements
- Perform basic troubleshooting, adjustments, and repairs as needed
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in fence and gate installation
- Experience working on construction sites
- Ability to safely use construction machinery and power tools
- Strong understanding of job site safety procedures
- Ability to read basic plans, measurements, and layouts
- Physically able to perform manual labor in outdoor environments
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
