What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver & Installation Crew Member position at Master Spas?
We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Delivery Driver & Installation Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver and help install hot tubs and swim spas at customer locations—creating a memorable experience from arrival to setup.
This is a hands-on, team-oriented position that combines driving, installation, and customer interaction. Every day is different, and you’ll work both indoors and outdoors in a variety of environments.
What You’ll Do
- Drive delivery trucks to transport spas and equipment to customer locations.
- Assist with the setup and installation of spas and swim spas.
- Provide professional, friendly customer service during deliveries.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs.
- Help organize and clean the warehouse and showroom when not on deliveries.
- Work as part of a team to safely move and install large products.
What We’re Looking For
- Clean driving record (required).
- Valid driver’s license with For Hire Endorsement (or ability to obtain).
- DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain upon offer).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a hands-on environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 75–100 lbs. with assistance.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, bend, squat, and move throughout the day.
- Willingness to work in warehouse and outdoor environments.
