What You’ll Do as a Sales Inspector
- Conduct in-home inspections to diagnose homeowner concerns.
- Present customized repair solutions and explain recommended services.
- Follow up with customers and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Build strong relationships through honesty, professionalism, and follow-through.

Compensation
Earning potential: $80,000–$150,000 per year
- 50% of our inspectors earn over $100k within their first year
- Top performers exceed $150k annually
- Uncapped commission structure base pay during training

- 1 year of experience in sales, construction, or customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and dependable with a team-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in crawlspaces or basements
