The Talent Acquisition & Workforce Manager plays a critical leadership role in building, managing, and sustaining a qualified security workforce. This position oversees recruitment strategy, compliance-driven hiring, workforce planning, and coordination with operations to ensure staffing readiness across all client sites.Position RequirementsTo maintain the highest security and compliance standards, candidates for this role must meet the following minimum requirements:Minimum 18 years of ageLegal authorization to work in the United StatesHigh school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or HR certification preferred)Ability to pass a drug screeningReliable personal transportation (public transportation is not acceptable)Availability via personal mobile phone during work hoursClear criminal background, with no felony arrests or convictionsPossession of, or ability to obtain:Maryland Clearance CardDCJS Security LicenseSecurity Officer (SO) LicensePhysical capability to conduct site visits and hiring assessments, including standing, walking, and lifting as requiredProficiency in mobile and cloud-based technology (ATS platforms, tablets, smartphones)Valid full driver’s licensePrimary ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition LeadershipLead full-cycle recruitment for armed and unarmed security officers, supervisors, and management staffDevelop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with operational demands, contract requirements, and company growthMaintain consistent, compliant hiring pipelines meeting federal, state, and client-specific security standardsOversee applicant screening, including background investigations, drug testing, licensing, and credential verificationWorkforce Planning & Operations CollaborationPartner with operations leadership to forecast staffing needs and prevent coverage gapsSupport new site launches through staffing plans, hiring timelines, and onboarding coordinationParticipate in sales meetings to provide workforce insights and staffing feasibility analysisConduct site walk-throughs to assess hiring, deployment, and compliance readinessCompliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure all hiring processes comply with labor laws, licensing regulations, and security industry requirementsMaintain accurate hiring records and workforce documentation
