We are currently hiring managers at our Eastlake location. Being a Master Pizza manager is more than just a job - it's a career. Managers are responsible for:
-Learning and maintaining company policies/procedures
-Team building and training
-Making customers' orders quickly and accurately
-Daily operations, managing labor, and handling money
-Providing excellent customer service
-Efficiently supervising the kitchen crew and drivers
-Maintaining the store and equipment
Applicants must be:
-Experienced in the pizza restaurant industry
-Hardworking, hands on, reliable and trustworthy
-Organized with a strong attention to detail
-Able to manage time efficiently and multi-task
-A leader who will manage and motivate others effectively
-A problem solver who's able to think on their feet and work well under pressure
-Able to communicate effectively
-Customer-service oriented
-Have good customer service and communication skills
-Work well in a fast-paced environment
-A team-player who works well with others
-MUST be available to work days, evenings and weekend shifts
-Willing to learn and grow in the position
