Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site activities to ensure the classroom runs seamlessly and efficiently
- Serve as the main liaison between Director, students, staff, and parents
- Oversee classroom maintenance, safety protocols, and compliance with EEC policies
- Assist and oversee in scheduling classroom activities
- Support student engagement initiatives and facilitate communication between students, staff and parents
- Manage administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting, and inventory control
- Respond promptly to site-related issues or emergencies to maintain a secure environment
Qualifications
- Higher education teaching experience or background in university-level instruction preferred
- Proven experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of education administration practices and program operations
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, inclusive environment conducive to learning and collaboration
- Prior experience in a university or academic institution is highly desirable
