Position Summary:
Master Cleaners is looking for a dependable, friendly, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. Because this position is often the first point of contact customers have with our company, the person in this role plays an important part in creating a positive and welcoming experience, whether assisting someone in the store or speaking with them by phone.
Wages:
Wages start at $17.00 / hour, but raises are available based on experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide courteous, professional service.
- Accurately process payments and customer transactions.
- Answer questions and assist customers both in person and over the telephone.
- Clearly explain our services, pricing, and expected completion times.
- Help resolve customer concerns in a calm, patient, and helpful manner.
- Keep the front counter and customer areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person in our procedures and expectations.
- Applicants should be comfortable working in a warm environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to approximately 25 pounds.
- The position requires someone who can work independently while also working well as part of a team.
- Reliability, strong communication skills, attention to customers, and a friendly, professional attitude are important for success in this role.
