Position Summary
Master Cleaners is seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays an important part in creating a positive experience through attentive and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Respond to customer questions in person and by phone.
- Explain services, turnaround times, and pricing clearly.
- Help resolve customer concerns with patience and care.
- Maintain a neat and organized front counter and workspace.
Qualifications
- No previous experience required — training is provided.
- Ability to work in a hot environment.
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift around 25 lbs.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are a plus.
