Job Summary
We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Platform Engineer with extensive hands‑on experience across Microsoft on‑premises environments, Azure, Microsoft Intune, and Office 365 cloud technologies. This role focuses on Unified Endpoint Management, including Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM), to securely manage and monitor mobile and endpoint devices accessing sensitive enterprise data.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, deep technical expertise in Windows and Microsoft cloud platforms, and the ability to quickly understand and apply new technologies in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Windows operating systems across on‑premises and hybrid/cloud environments.
Design, implement, and support MDM and MAM solutions using Microsoft Intune and related platforms.
Securely monitor and manage a wide range of mobile and endpoint devices, ensuring compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
Integrate and manage Azure and Office 365 services to support endpoint, identity, and access management strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windows OS, Azure, Intune, and Office 365, performing root‑cause analysis where required.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to define and enforce device, application, and data protection policies.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), configuration baselines, and technical documentation.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best‑practice guidance to peers and stakeholders.
Evaluate new Microsoft features and capabilities, applying them to improve platform stability, security, and user experience.
Support planning and execution of upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives across Windows, Intune, Azure, and Office 365 environments.

Qualifications & Skills
Extensive hands‑on experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Strong expertise with Microsoft Intune for MDM/MAM, including policy configuration, compliance management, and application deployment.
Experience with Microsoft Azure services, particularly Azure AD, Conditional Access, device compliance, and identity/security controls.
Working knowledge of Office 365 administration and its integration with Windows and endpoint ecosystems.
Solid understanding of enterprise security best practices for endpoint and mobile device management.
Familiarity with endpoint management capabilities such as patching, configuration management, and endpoint security controls.
Microsoft certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows) are preferred.
