Business Operations Coordinator

As a Business Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for facilitating and coordinating the work of multiple project teams. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.

In addition, you will:

• Identify and work to remove barriers to successful completion of the overall project, with particular emphasis on resolving issues with subcontractors 
• Provide timely project status updates to the Construction Managers submitting for Cabinet resolution those problems and issues that cannot be resolved at lower levels 
• Maintain and update the company database 
• Generate customized reports and pivot tables in addition to utilizing VLOOKUP functionality 
• Create and track contracts, purchase orders (Materials), submittals, and complete project close-out manuals 
• Serve as the primary point of contact with external vendor representatives and functional consultants on overall strategic and technical project matters 
• Handle all correspondence between the general contractor, owner, architect, and subcontractors  

• Compensation $25-$30/hr

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Real Estate and property management knowledge (preferred)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Great management and organizational skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Flexible to take on multiple tasked as assigned
• Must have the ability and be willing to travel, as required, for job related functions.
• Works primarily in an office environment
