NOW HIRING! Satellite Technician - Paid Training and Benefits

At MasTec Advanced Technologies, we provide homeowners across the country with dependable satellite TV and smart home solutions. We're seeking motivated, hands-on individuals who enjoy working with technology, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer service. No previous industry experience is required—we provide paid training, professional tools, and ongoing support to help you build a successful long-term career.

Start Date: August 17th
Service Area: Local market and surroundings (within approximately a 90-minute travel radius)

• Performance-based compensation through a PIECE-RATE PAY structure based on completed work orders

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot residential satellite TV systems
• Route and secure cabling throughout customer homes in a clean, safe, and professional manner
• Test equipment and system performance to ensure installations meet company quality standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive experience during every service appointment

Qualifications

• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 36 feet
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 60–80 lbs
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to attend required training in Piedmont, SC during Weeks 1 and 3 (hotel accommodations provided)
