Job Overview

Location: Gainesville, FL and surrounding areas

Training: Jacksonville, Florida 32216 (hotel and expenses fully covered if distance qualified)

Training Pay: $15 per hour

Pay After Training: Up to $22/hour or more (performance-based / piece rate)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive the company van to customers’ homes to install smart home products, theater equipment, and other home products like treadmills or tables. 
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing a great service experience.
• Perform both indoor and outdoor work as part of installation and maintenance tasks.
• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures at all times.
• Contribute to ensuring a smooth, seamless, and high-quality customer experience.
• Work both indoors and outdoors while following all safety guidelines

After training, you’ll begin full-time work serving customers in the Jacksonville, FL area.

Requirements

• Basic experience using hand or power tools.
• Ability to lift 60–80 lbs
• Comfortable working on ladders up to 36 feet.
• Willing to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Must pass background, drug, and motor vehicle screenings
