MasTec Advanced Technologies is seeking skilled Lead Field Technicians to support customers in Spokane, WA and surrounding communities within approximately 35 minutes of the service area.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced technicians who thrive in an independent work environment, enjoy troubleshooting complex issues, and are ready to take on a leadership-oriented role while remaining active in the field.

About the Position

As a Lead Field Technician, you'll handle advanced service installations and repairs while helping maintain operational excellence. You'll work with minimal supervision, assist with field support when needed, and contribute to delivering high-quality service and safety standards.

Start Date: Immediate openings available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete installations, maintenance, and repairs of residential technology and satellite systems.
• Identify and resolve complex service and equipment issues.
• Organize and manage daily assignments independently.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety policies at all times.
• Provide technical support and guidance to fellow technicians when needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every appointment.
• Coordinate with field leadership to communicate operational updates and resolve issues.

Qualifications

This is not an entry-level opportunity and requires previous field experience.

Applicants should have a minimum of 8 months of experience in the following:

• Working independently with limited supervision
• Using hand tools and power tools safely
• Climbing and working from ladders
• Performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment
• Following workplace safety standards
• Delivering quality customer service

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 40 feet
• Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Flexible schedule, including weekend availability as needed

Coverage Area

Technicians will provide service throughout Spokane, WA and surrounding communities within approximately 35 minutes of the target market.
