Job Overview

Location: Spring Hill, FL and surrounding areas
Training: Tampa, Florida 33619 (hotel and expenses fully covered if distance qualified)
Training Pay: $15 per hour
Pay After Training: Up to $22/hour or more (performance-based / piece rate)

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain satellite dishes and receiver systems at residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure equipment operates correctly.
• Deliver excellent customer service by building positive relationships with customers.
• Complete installation and maintenance work both indoors and outdoors.
• Follow all company safety standards and operational procedures.
• Help provide a smooth, professional, and high-quality customer experience.
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments while adhering to safety protocols.

Upon successful completion of training, you'll transition into a full-time technician role serving customers throughout the Spring Hill, FL area.

Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with hand tools or power tools.
• Ability to lift between 60 and 80 pounds.
• Comfortable working on ladders up to 36 feet.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle screenings.
