Position Details

• Training Location: Akron, OH 44306 (Hotel accommodations and travel expenses provided for candidates if distance qualified)
• Training Pay: $18/hour
• Post-Training Earnings: Up to $22/hour or more through performance-based compensation

What You'll Do

• Install and service satellite and smart home equipment at customers' homes and businesses.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience.
• Work both indoors and outdoors in a variety of environments.
• Follow all company safety standards and operational guidelines.
• Support customers by ensuring professional, high-quality installations.

After successfully completing training, you'll begin working full-time with customers throughout the Youngstown market.

Qualifications

• Basic experience using hand tools or power tools preferred
• Ability to lift between 60 and 80 pounds
• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders up to 36 feet
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle screenings
