MasTec Advanced Technologies is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Field Service Technicians supporting residential customers throughout Clarksburg, WV and nearby communities.

Training & Compensation

• Training Start Date: October 26th
• Training Location: Nitro, WV (hotel accommodations and expenses provided if eligible)
• Pay During Training: $15.00 per hour
• After Training: Compensation transitions to a piece-rate structure with earning potential based on productivity and performance

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive a company-issued vehicle to residential customer locations
• Install satellite television and other home technology products
• Diagnose and resolve service-related issues
• Explain equipment and services to customers
• Complete installations while following company safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of completed work

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift between 60 and 80 pounds regularly
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 36 feet
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Availability to work weekends as needed
• Willingness to attend training beginning October 26th in Nitro, WV (hotel accommodations available for qualifying candidates)

• Daily travel to customer homes throughout the Clarksburg area
• Indoor and outdoor installation work
• Frequent use of ladders and hand tools
• Independent work combined with customer interaction
• Exposure to changing weather and diverse job-site conditions

Pay: $15.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
