We are looking for an experienced Lead Field Technician to support and lead day-to-day field activities, particularly within remote and satellite locations. This position serves as a key point of leadership in the field and may act on behalf of the Field Tech Supervisor when required. The Lead Field Technician will help drive operational efficiency, service quality, safety, and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and coach team members on safety procedures, quality expectations, and customer service best practices.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and all company safety guidelines.
- Complete installations, repairs, and complex technical troubleshooting when necessary.
- Support quality assurance efforts and ensure field work consistently meets established standards.
- Oversee the proper management of inventory, equipment, tools, and materials.
- Collaborate with office personnel, warehouse teams, and other support functions to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor team performance and help ensure productivity and operational targets are achieved.
- Promote a collaborative and positive work environment that reflects company values.
- Document and report field incidents, including property damage, accidents, and injuries.
- Operate company vehicles safely and ensure they are properly maintained.
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in field service, technical operations, or a similar environment is preferred.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- A strong focus on workplace safety, service quality, and established procedures.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to safely operate company vehicles.

Pay: $24.00 per hour
