Job Overview

Location: Gatlinburg, TN and surrounding areas
Training: Knoxville, TN (hotel and expenses fully covered if distance qualified)
Training Start Date: May 4th
Pay Rate: $23 per hour — paid during training and after completion

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install and terminate fiber-optic cables in homes and outdoor environments
• Run and secure fiber lines according to company standards
• Test systems to ensure strong and reliable internet connections
• Troubleshoot and repair signal or service issues
• Document completed work accurately
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Work as part of a team to complete installations safely
• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures

Training Program Includes

• Classroom instruction covering fiber fundamentals, safety, and tools
• Hands-on field training with experienced technicians
• Hotel accommodations and daily expenses covered during training

After training, you’ll begin full-time work serving customers in the Gatlinburg, TN area.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 60–80 lbs
• Comfortable working on ladders up to 36 feet
• Willing to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Must pass background, drug, and motor vehicle screenings
• High school diploma or GED required
• Fiber experience helpful but not required
