A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROOFING SALES MANAGER

As a Roofing Sales Manager, you uphold integrity, one of our core values, while overseeing our entire sales division. You guide your team of sale specialists in connecting with customers and offering them the best solutions for their roofing and construction-related needs, including siding, gutters, windows, and skylights. On a regular basis, you go over sales activities and metrics with your team and coach them on selling strategies. Well-versed in all of the services, products, and financing options that we provide, you take the lead on larger accounts.

By ensuring that customers are satisfied with the process from beginning to end, you and your team build a referral pipeline. You make sure that your team stays current on competitor product offerings and industry trends. Highly communicative, you keep ownership informed about numbers and other pertinent information regarding the sales department. You feel good about helping your team succeed while literally putting a roof over customers' heads and driving our revenue!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A ROOFING SALES MANAGER

• 3 years of sales management experience
• A prior year of earnings of at least $75,000
• Exceptional leadership skills
