What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at Mast Roofing & Construction, Inc.?
The Sales Manager will lead the existing sales team and share our vision to grow from there. They will be responsible for developing team members to advance their success both personally and professionally. The ability to build a cohesive team and work effectively with the General Manager is essential to the role. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process from start to finish, utilize data to make effective decisions, develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, and achieve sales goals. In addition, this role will be a resource to the team, bringing a positive, can-do spirit, and strengthening the Mast Roofing & Construction brand.

Job Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of Sales Management Experience
- In-Home Sales Experience
- Familiarity with Construction or Related Services Industries preferred
- Experience in coaching and mentoring (participate in pre-call planning, post-call debriefing, encourage consistent follow-ups, and pipeline management, etc.)
- Present yourself professionally in all ways at all times - accountable and a consistent self-starter
- Able to utilize marketing and advertising strategies to drive growth
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Proficient with technology
Salary : $125,000 - $175,000
