What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Care Representative position at Mast Roofing & Construction?
At Mast Roofing & Construction, we help homeowners. How? By keeping a safe roof over their head and advising them about all aspects of the exterior of their home. We've been doing this for over 25 years, and we're really good at it. So, lots of people call us and we need help!
We're looking for someone who:
- Likes to talk to people on the phone – because it's an important way that we connect with our clients
- Has high attention to detail – because our clients wouldn't like it if we show up at 4:00am instead of 4:00pm
- Understands the importance of constantly improving – because we are doing just that. We are a growing company and expect you to grow along with us!
- Can be an influencer – because we are not the only option a prospective client has
- Likes to follow a process – because a well-thought-out process is what gets our client a great experience
What would I be doing?
- Answering incoming calls
- Following a script when asking questions to make sure we get all the information we need
- Entering information into our computer program
- Scheduling clients for service calls and estimates
- Making outbound calls to confirm appointments

- $18/hr. base depending on experience level
