At MassMutual, we are currently hiring for our Financial Advisor Development Program designed to help you successfully transition to a full-time financial advisor, with the training, mentorship, and resources to launch your own financial planning practice.

About the Program
Our post-graduate Financial Advisor Development Program is built to provide:
- Licensing & Education Support: We provide guidance and training for the Life, Accident & Health licensing process as well as the SIE, Series 7, and 66 exams.
- Structured, Hands-On Training: Receive professional development in key areas: financial planning, client relationship management, product training, industry compliance, prospecting, business planning and more
- Joint Work with Senior Advisors: Learn by doing - partner with experienced advisors on real client cases while building confidence and skills.
- Path to Building Your Own Practice: Gain the autonomy to grow your own book of business with ongoing coaching and support from our leadership team.
What You'll Do
- Build your own book of business
- Understand clients’ goals and create personalized financial strategies
- Educate clients on financial solutions
- Help implement and monitor their financial plans as life and goals evolve
- Commit to continuous learning and development to stay ahead in the field
Who We’re Looking For
Recent graduates from all majors (Finance/Business a plus but not required)
Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Passion for helping others and making a long-term impact
