Role Description
This is a full-time, Hybrid position located in Charlotte, NC. The Client Onboarding Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new prospective clients generated from our educational events. Key responsibilities include effectively communicating with clients, coordinating calendars effectively, coordinating with internal teams, CRM management, and ensuring the smooth transition of new clients into the organization. The role requires a high level of outreach by phone and email to participants in our educational workshops. It is not cold calling but it is a lot of outreach. Must be comfortable making phone calls and sending emails in high volumes and accurately documenting the results.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to engage effectively with prospects and internal teams
- Experience in Customer and Client Onboarding processes, with a focus on providing exceptional support
- Analytical Skills to review and interpret client information with accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Drive to make significant scheduled outreach on a weekly basis
- Proficiency with client relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus (Hubspot / Advisor360)
- Prior experience in the financial services or education industry is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred but not necessary
Specifics
- You will be working reaching out to and working directly with High School counselors in our network as well as making out reach to new ones not in the network to coordinate educational events.
- You will help managed the inflow of participants from these events.
- Work can be performed hybrid in as little as 24-32 hours a week, and if focused we are ok with part-time.
- Pay range will be 65-90k for full time based on experience (highschool guidance counselor / educator as well as outbound sales experience both very valuable).
- This is a contract position with the potential for full time after a year.
