Client Experience & Operations Manager

Consolidated Planning, Inc.
Charlotte, NC Full Time
POSTED ON 6/12/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 12/7/2026

Attorneys Advisor exists to build financial clarity and confidence for faith-centered and family centered legal professionals. We are growing and seek a full time Client Experience & Operations Manager to help us take the next step in serving our clients. We are looking for someone super passionate about helping clients reach financial freedom and loves the idea of being part of a team that is helping with that.

About the Role:

This is not a typical operations position.

At Attorneys Advisor, you’ll serve as the operational backbone of the firm—owning the client experience from onboarding through ongoing service and ensuring every detail is executed with excellence.

You are the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. You bring structure, follow-through, and calm execution so advisors can focus on growth—and clients feel consistently served, informed, and confident.

Who We Serve:

We help faith- and family-centered legal professionals build financial clarity and long-term wealth through integrated planning across protection, cash flow, investments, and debt.

What the Client Experience & Operations Manager Does:

Client Experience & Onboarding

  • Lead a “white-glove” onboarding experience from start to finish
  • Set up and maintain client records across systems (CRM, planning tools, investment platforms)
  • Ensure every interaction is documented, completed, and followed through

Operations & Account Management

  • Coordinate investment and insurance account openings
  • Manage transfers, rollovers, servicing requests, and underwriting workflows
  • Troubleshoot with key partners (Guardian, Park Avenue Wealth)

Meeting & Pipeline Execution

  • Own post-meeting follow-up, task tracking, and next-step scheduling
  • Maintain accurate, real-time CRM pipelines
  • Ensure no client or action item is missed

Client Engagement & Retention

  • Execute annual outreach campaigns and client touchpoints
  • Coordinate milestone communications (birthdays, anniversaries, key life events)
  • Support consistent, proactive client communication

Ideal Candidate

  • Highly structed, detail -oriented, and process-driven
  • Takes full ownership of work—without needing to be asked
  • Strong communicator who closes loops consistently
  • Calm, steady, and able to handle multiple workflows
  • Values-drive (serve and accountability, comfortable in a faith-oriented environment)
  • Communicates proactively with clients and teammates

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations, client service, or financial services preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM and financial platforms (or ability to learn quickly)
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Customer/client service experience
  • College degree preferred
  • Based in Charlotte area: able to work in the office during a period of training, and then able to work in the office 2 days per week after training

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a values-driven firm focused on faith, family, and long-term impact
  • Play a critical, visible role in both client experience and firm growth
  • Own and improve systems—not just maintain them
  • Help build something meaningful serving attorneys and their families

What Success Looks Like:

30 Days

  • Comfortable navigating key systems and executing core workflows
  • Managing follow-ups and closing loops with consistency

90 Days

  • Fully owning the operations pipeline independently
  • All client activity tracked, updated, and moving forward

12 Months

  • Identifying and improving processes before issues arise
  • Advisors fully freed to focus on growth
  • Clients consistently experiencing a high level of care and organization
