Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and attract high-quality candidates for advisor, client service, and operational roles
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, desired skill sets, and team culture
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Leverage social media, networking events, referrals, and industry connections to reach passive and active candidates
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and assessments to ensure cultural and role alignment
- Represent the company at career fairs, conferences, and industry networking events
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with all hiring regulations
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in wealth advisory, financial services, or professional services industries
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Korean
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred
- Previous experience recruiting financial advisors, client relationship managers, or wealth management professionals
- Knowledge of industry licenses and credentials (e.g., CFP®, Series 7, Series 66)
- Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing in the financial services sector
- Established professional network within the wealth advisory industry
