Requirements
Education & Experience
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3–5 years administrative, customer support, or sales support experience in a manufacturing or technical environment preferred
- Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
- Accepts responsibility for delegated decisions
- Demonstrates reliability and strong follow-through
- Requires minimal supervision once trained
- Serves as dependable administrative resource to internal teams
- Coordinates daily administrative and sales support activities
- Maintains documentation integrity and process accuracy
- Suggests process improvements and efficiency enhancements
- Supports departmental objectives through proactive execution
- Identifies opportunities to improve documentation workflows and reporting accuracy
