Position Summary
As a Client Servicing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our advisors and enhancing the client experience. You’ll be the backbone of your client servicing team—keeping things running smoothly, ensuring compliance, and building strong, positive relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate client onboarding and account setup
- Scrub and process new client paperwork
- Track transfers and pending business
- Handle account maintenance requests (e.g., address/phone updates)
- Prepare for client meetings and support advisors as needed
- Resolve NIGOs and follow up on open items
- Maintain organized, compliant digital and physical files
- Manage client communication and follow-ups
- Liaise with outside providers to resolve issues
- Educate clients on digital tools and services
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards
- Handle administrative tasks and special projects as needed
