Job Summary
The ideal candidate is exceptionally outgoing, personal, creative, and will have the ability to make lasting impressions on our resort owners and guest via facilitating activities and events. Activities Attendants deliver exceptional customer service delivered in a fast-paced environment.
Required
Excellent customer service skills and the desire to make genuine connections with resort owners and guests
Basic computer skills
CPR Certified (training available)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred
1 years of industry related experience
Knowledge of VA ABC laws and regulations
Typical Schedule
Days:
Varies seasonally, weekends and holidays as needed
Hours:
Rotating, varies including evenings as needed
Core Responsibilities
- Perform the set-up, facilitating of, and tearing-down various classes
- Maintain spaces for instruction that are safe for project completion
- Serve as the direct line for participant feedback to ensure programs are well received and of the highest quality
- Other duties as assigned by management
