What You Will Do
- Assist in assessing residents’ skills and abilities to identify their needs
- Support the creation and execution of personalized goals and programs for residents
- Help plan and facilitate individual and group sessions, incorporating therapeutic and recreational activities
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to evaluate and adapt programs as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interventions, treatments, and progress
- Assist in sourcing and preparing materials for activities and programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
What You Bring
- Background in Health Services or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in Recreational Therapy encouraged but not required
- Ability to plan, organize, and facilitate activities for individuals and groups
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
