Spa Sales Associate

MassageLuXe Fort Mill is hiring a Spa Sales Associate who loves customer service, sales, and helping people prioritize self-care.

This is a customer-facing sales role responsible for delivering an exceptional spa experience while helping clients find the services and memberships that best fit their needs.

Pay

$15 per hour base pay commissions residuals bonuses

Our top Spa Sales Associates earn significantly more through membership sales and retail commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to every spa guest
• Greet and welcome clients in a warm, professional manner
• Educate clients on massage services, facials, memberships, and skincare products
• Recommend services and retail products based on client needs
• Sell and promote MassageLuXe membership programs
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Perform lead follow-ups and client outreach calls
• Respond to client emails, texts, and phone calls
• Maintain spa cleanliness and organization
• Assist with retail sales, inventory, and merchandising displays
• Support marketing events and community outreach
• Work as part of a positive, team-oriented spa environment

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Friendly, positive, and professional personality
• Comfortable recommending services and selling memberships
• Goal-oriented and motivated by commissions and bonuses
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy spa environment
• Retail, hospitality, spa, or sales experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
