·         Base pay $17-$21/hr commission and bonus opportunities 

Schedule/Expected work hours 

·         6-8-hour shifts 

·         Full time positions available (32-40 hours/week).

·         Required evenings and 1 weekend shift availability.  

Responsibilities 

·         Achieve monthly sales targets through membership and gift card sales 

·         Provide exceptional service by listening, communicating, and responding to guest’s needs 

·         Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin therapy 

·         Educate guests confidently and effectively about services and products 

·         Excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation 

·         Develop and maintain positive relationships with members of the team and guests 
·         Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; in-the-moment coaching, role-playing, and training are essential for the success of the Front Desk Team 

 

Qualifications 

·         Exceptional guest service and communication abilities 
·         At least 1-year face-to-face sales or retail management experience 
·         Self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills 

·         Proficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systems 

·         Fast learner with a positive and energetic demeanor 

·         Strong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts 

·         Passionate about interacting with people and consistently delivering outstanding service 
·         Must be able to work varied hours to include weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.

·         Thrives in collaborative team settings
