What You’ll Do
- Deliver a consistent 5-star experience from check-in to check-out
- Build real rapport with guests and members
- Guide guests through our membership program with confidence
- Retain members by creating an experience they don’t want to leave
- Support daily operations while keeping the energy high and the pace strong
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator with a natural ability to connect and influence
- Sales-minded and motivated by performance and results
- Reliable, coachable, and able to take feedback and apply it quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Professional, positive, and composed under pressure
- Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience required
Schedule Expectations
- 30–35 hours per week
- 4–5 shifts per week
- Must be available for a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Flexible, open availability is strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation required (ability to support both locations)
Compensation & Growth
- Competitive hourly pay
- Guaranteed $1/hour increase every 6 months with strong performance and attendance
