As a Wellness Associate, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for our members and guests while helping them understand the benefits of massage, skincare, and stretch services. You are the face of the clinic and an important part of helping clients achieve their wellness goals.

What We'll Accomplish Together

As a Wellness Associate, you'll help create an outstanding experience for every member and guest by:

• Greeting members and guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
• Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
• Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments
• Checking members and guests in and out efficiently
• Educating guests on Massage Envy's Wellness Program and membership options
• Re-engaging inactive members through outreach efforts
• Promoting retail products and current clinic offerings
• Partnering with service providers to create exceptional guest experiences
• Assisting with daily clinic operations and administrative tasks
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment throughout the day
• Recognizing and supporting team goals
• Upholding Massage Envy's core values in every interaction

Skills & Qualified Candidates

• Have previous customer service experience (preferred)
• Have retail, hospitality, sales, wellness, or service industry experience (preferred)
• Possess a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
• Have a bubbly personality and enjoy building relationships with others
• Take pride in being the face of the clinic and creating exceptional first impressions
• Be dependable, reliable, and punctual
• Demonstrate strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, including the ability to de-escalate customer service concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Be coachable and open to feedback and professional development
• Work collaboratively as a team player while supporting clinic goals and initiatives
• Be comfortable discussing memberships, services, retail products, and wellness recommendations with guests
• Possess strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills
• Have basic math and cash-handling experience
• Be available to work evenings and weekends
• Be motivated to contribute to clinic sales goals, including achieving a minimum expectation of three membership enrollments per month
