Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and other esthetic procedures tailored to individual client needs.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend suitable products to support their beauty goals.
• Promote and sell skincare products and services, effectively communicating their benefits to clients.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-up care.
• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product offerings within the beauty industry.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow.

Experience

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as an Esthetician or similar role.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to educate clients about products and services effectively.
• Knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 24.0 per week
