FINANCE & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR, MIT SOLVE , supports Solve’s Operations and Impact Team in furthering Solve’s mission; plays a critical role in Solve’s financial management, handling accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, maintaining accurate financial tracking for the organization, and working closely with the Operations & Impact Senior Officer on financial analysis and reporting tasks; and supports several key HR administrative functions, such as new staff onboarding.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED : A minimum of two years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or finance administration; bachelor’s degree, ideally in a data, finance, or similarly analytical field; proficiency in Microsoft Excel/GoogleSheets; proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM platform; proficiency in SAP or another ERP system; experience working with/analyzing financial data; ability to work effectively and stay accountable to deadlines; organized, thorough, detail-oriented, and focused on accuracy and quality; curious, able to learn quickly, and able to problem solve and troubleshoot; interest and ability to rapidly upskill on new tech tools/systems, including AI; ability to stay calm and produce high-quality work products even in high-stress periods; motivated to improve existing systems and processes; excellent listener and communicator; and acts with personal and professional integrity.
