Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma (associates or bachelor's preferred), relevant experience, basic computer skills, valid driver's license, and certification compliance.
Key Duties: Supervise clients, follow emergency procedures, participate in training, report suspected abuse, and collaborate with team members.
Physical Requirements: Ability to assist with restraints, work effectively with clients facing behavioral challenges, and perform facility duties.
