Role: Med Surg/Tele RN providing high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry, administer medications, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, prepare patients for procedures, document care, ensure safety and infection control, facilitate discharge planning, and advocate for patient needs.
Qualifications & Skills: One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, valid RN license, current BLS certification. Preferred: NIHSS, ACLS, and additional certifications. Must possess critical thinking, excellent communication, physical and motor skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Duties: Explain procedures, conduct assessments, monitor and document patient status, assist during treatments, maintain safety standards, and work within regulatory guidelines.
