Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for market access, channel management, and product launches.
- Manage budgets, financial modeling, and governance in partnership with finance teams.
- Lead external stakeholder engagement, including payers, GPOs, and healthcare providers.
- Oversee performance metrics and optimize account management through data-driven decisions.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration, influence senior leadership, and ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand access and deepen customer relationships.
- Manage alliance relationships, ensuring compliance and effective communication.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
- Over 12 years of healthcare industry experience, including 10 years in sales/marketing and 3 years in Market Access.
- Proven leadership in complex, matrixed environments and managing teams.
- Strong understanding of oncology, payer systems, healthcare policy, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic influence skills.
