- Communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.
- Provide individualized patient and family education based on thorough assessments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
- Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.
- Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
- Current nursing license in the state.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
