Key Responsibilities
- Collects comprehensive patient histories, conducts physical exams, and reviews relevant tests to assess medical, psychological, and socio-economic status.
- Formulates accurate diagnoses, develops and implements treatment plans, and orders medications or tests as needed.
- Performs procedures within expertise and organizational policies, ensuring safety and efficacy.
- Educates and counsels patients and families, promoting culturally-sensitive, evidence-based health information.
- Documents all patient interactions thoroughly and manages telehealth or emergency responses.
- Collaborates with healthcare team members, maintains professional competence, and adheres to legal and organizational standards.
- Masters Degree in Nursing for APNs or Bachelors Degree for PAs, from accredited programs.
- Active licensure and certifications relevant to the role (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant).

- Strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and customer service skills.
