Physical Therapist - Full Time

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient role focused on improving patients' mobility, comfort, and activity levels. The position involves developing and executing personalized treatment plans for a diverse patient population, including pediatrics through adults, primarily addressing musculoskeletal conditions. Responsibilities include providing 1:1 patient care, performing assessments, hands-on therapy, and guiding progressive rehabilitation using a conservative, non-invasive approach. Candidates should have at least 1 year of licensed experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in palpation and soft tissue techniques. Preferred experience includes outpatient orthopedics, musculoskeletal treatments, and familiarity with techniques like ART or MFR. The role emphasizes patient-centered care with rapid symptom resolution, typically within 3–4 visits.
