- Assisting with meal preparation, serving, and delivery according to diet orders and schedules.
- Preparing dining areas, food trays, beverages, and meal carts.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work and dining areas, and properly storing food and supplies.
- Washing dishes and kitchen equipment, following sanitation procedures.
- Providing friendly, respectful service to residents, visitors, and staff.
- Reporting dietary or resident concerns to supervisors or nursing staff.
- Performing additional dietary duties as assigned.
- Previous food service or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions, work effectively in a team, and demonstrate strong customer service skills.
- Dependable, organized, attentive to detail, and capable of standing for extended periods and safely lifting supplies.
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays as scheduled.
