Occupational Therapist

Role: Provide specialized occupational therapy services to physically disabled patients in acute rehab and inpatient units, under physician referral and direction.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' self-care, cognitive, sensory-perceptual-motor functions, and medical history to establish baseline levels.
• Develop measurable, realistic treatment goals based on initial assessments.
• Plan and implement dynamic, patient-centered treatment programs to achieve or progress toward goals.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient response to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program (minimum bachelor's degree).
• Active licensure to practice in Idaho.
• Current BLS certification.
• Previous acute care experience.
