- Develop measurable, realistic treatment goals based on initial assessments.
- Plan and implement dynamic, patient-centered treatment programs to achieve or progress toward goals.
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient response to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program (minimum bachelor's degree).
- Active licensure to practice in Idaho.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous acute care experience.
