Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years of OR nursing experience.
- 1-2 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required for hires on or after 7/1/2026; prior hires must obtain BSN within two years.
- Lead and manage the surgical team and operations.
- Promote safety, quality improvement, and adherence to best practices.
- Support staff development and foster a collaborative work environment.
