Responsibilities include triaging incoming calls, assessing urgent patient needs, documenting symptoms and actions in the electronic medical record (EMR), supporting risk management with accurate clinical documentation, communicating with providers, educating patients and families, and assisting with clinic operations such as scheduling and medication refills.
Qualifications required are a high school diploma, active LPN license, BLS certification, and at least 1-2 years of LPN or cardiology LPN experience.
