Private Duty LPN
Provide in-home care for disabled individuals, monitoring medications, vitals, skin, respiratory, mental status, and other body systems.
Assess patients each shift, assist with ADLs and IADLs, and serve as liaison between physicians, families, agencies, and payers.
Offer flexible, part-time or PRN schedules with daily pay options.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality support, administer medications, maintain accurate records, and provide emotional assistance.
Require a valid LPN license in Louisiana or Compact state, at least 1 year of experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Must have reliable transportation and punctuality.
