- Collaborate with clinicians to promote recovery and coordinate medical care.
- Perform medical procedures, administer medications, and provide education on medical and nutritional needs.
- Observe and report members' behavior and symptoms, complete documentation, and assist with inventory, reporting, and compliance tasks.
- Participate in meetings, provide wellness education, and support wellness programs.
- Follow organizational policies and HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Completion of nursing training from an accredited school.
- At least 2 years of experience as an LPN, with proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Current, unrestricted LPN license in Arizona.
- Regulatory requirements include fingerprint clearance, CPR/First Aid/AED certification, valid Arizona driver’s license, and TB test clearance.
