- Manage inpatient admissions and coordinate transitions across care levels
- Review treatment plans and administer benefits
- Obtain outpatient treatment information from providers
- Respond quickly to a diverse member population
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field, or licensed Ph.D.
- Unrestricted license to practice in California
- At least 2 years of behavioral health experience
- Preferred: inpatient and dual diagnosis experience, benefits coordination, proficiency in Microsoft Office
