Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical assessments and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient data and communicate findings to team members
- Administer medications and manage intradialytic transfusions
- Provide patient and family education on care procedures
- Assist with emergency response measures and safety protocols
- Support staff training and participate in quality improvement activities
- Coordinate communication among care providers to ensure continuity of care
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and current state licensure
- Minimum of 9 months RN experience, with 6 months in acute dialysis preferred
- CPR/BLS certification required

- Ability to perform physical tasks including patient lifting and equipment handling
