Regional Outreach & Admissions Manager (Northampton, MA)

Meadow Hill Behavioral Health is a high-end adolescent residential treatment program based in Northampton, MA. We are looking for a driven, well-connected professional to take ownership of referral relationships across Western Massachusetts, with a focus on hospitals and providers in the Northampton, Springfield, and surrounding areas.
This is a hands-on role focused on building strong local partnerships and converting referrals into admissions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital case managers, social workers, and discharge planners across Western MA
- Conduct regular in-person outreach to hospitals and behavioral health providers in Northampton, Springfield, and nearby areas
- Develop and manage a steady referral pipeline
- Handle referrals from first contact through admission
- Work closely with the clinical team to determine appropriate placements
- Communicate with families and providers to move cases forward efficiently
- Identify new local referral sources and growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- Experience in behavioral health outreach, admissions, or healthcare business development
- Strong familiarity or connections within Western MA hospital systems preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Ability to travel locally on a consistent basis
