Meadow Hill Behavioral Health is a premier adolescent residential treatment program seeking a driven and well-connected professional to build referral relationships across New York and Connecticut.
This role focuses on developing hospital partnerships and converting referrals into admissions.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with hospital case managers, social workers, and discharge planners
- Conduct in-person outreach to hospitals and behavioral health facilities in CT
- Develop and maintain a consistent referral pipeline
- Manage referrals from initial contact through admission
- Coordinate with clinical team to assess appropriateness for placement
- Communicate with families and providers to facilitate admissions
- Identify new referral sources and growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- Experience in behavioral health outreach, admissions, or healthcare business development
- Strong connections within CT hospital systems preferred
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Willingness to travel within the region
